Billing & paperwork support
The reason you're waiting 45 days for money that was due in 30 is almost never the broker. It's a document that went in late, or went in wrong.
or $150/week standalone
The problem
Cash flow is a paperwork problem
Every invoice packet that goes in incomplete restarts the clock. A missing lumper receipt, an unsigned BOL, a POD photographed at an angle where the signature is unreadable — the broker's accounts payable system rejects it, an email goes into a mailbox you don't check while you're driving, and two weeks disappear.
Detention is worse. Most detention that carriers are owed is never claimed at all, because claiming it requires documented arrival and departure times submitted inside the broker's window, which is often 24 or 48 hours. By the time you get home and think about it, it's gone.
What we handle
- Rate confirmation filing. Every rate con stored and matched against the invoice, so a rate dispute is settled by a document rather than an argument.
- BOL and POD collection. You photograph at the dock and send. We check the signature is legible, the date is right and nothing's cut off — before it goes in.
- Invoice packets, same day. Assembled and submitted to the broker or your factoring company the day you deliver.
- Factoring submission. Formatted to your factor's requirements so it isn't kicked back. We work with the major factoring companies.
- Detention, layover and TONU claims. Filed inside the broker's window, with documented times, and chased until they're paid or formally refused.
- Weekly settlement summary. What was booked, what was invoiced, what's outstanding and what's overdue, so you know where your money is.
Available standalone
If you self-dispatch and like it that way, you can take this service on its own for $150 per truck per week without any dispatch service attached. A lot of experienced owner-operators enjoy booking their own freight and hate the paperwork. That's a completely reasonable position.
Answers
Billing & paperwork support — questions
Can I get paperwork support without dispatch service?
Yes. Standalone billing and paperwork support is $150 per truck per week. You book your own freight, we handle rate confirmation filing, document checking, invoice packets, factoring submission and detention claims.
Do you work with factoring companies?
Yes. We format and submit invoice packets to your factor's specific requirements so they aren't rejected and re-submitted. We work with the major factoring companies used by US carriers. You keep your own factoring relationship — we don't take a cut of it and we never handle the funds.
How quickly do you submit invoices after delivery?
Same day, provided we have the signed BOL and POD from you. Photograph them at the dock and send them to your dispatcher. Same-day submission is the single biggest thing you can do to shorten your days-to-pay.
Can you recover detention I'm already owed?
We can try, but the odds depend entirely on whether the times were documented and whether the broker's claim window has closed — often 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Going forward, we file it at the time. Retroactive claims on undocumented detention rarely succeed and we won't pretend otherwise.

Send your MC number and your usual lanes. We'll pull live loads you could run and show you the rates before you commit to anything.
