How it works
From first phone call to first booked load is usually 24 to 48 hours. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you at each point.
Onboarding sequence
Six steps to your first load
Intake call
Fifteen minutes. We ask what you run, where you're based, where you will and won't go, your rate floor, your home time pattern, and whether you factor. If we don't think we can beat what you're doing now, we say so on this call.
Dispatch agreement
A written agreement that names you as the carrier and us as your agent. It states your fee, that you approve every load, that you can decline any load, and that either side can end it with no penalty. Read it, ask questions, sign it electronically.
Carrier packet
We collect your MC and DOT numbers, W-9, certificate of insurance, notice of assignment if you factor, and a signed limited authorisation letter so brokers accept setup packets from us. You send these once; we reuse them for every broker after that.
Broker setup
We complete carrier packets with the brokers who move freight in your lanes and check each one's credit score and average days to pay before we bring you a load from them. This runs in parallel with your first bookings.
First load
You get the lane, the miles, the rate, the rate per mile, the pickup and delivery windows and the broker's name. You reply yes or no. If yes, we book it and send you the rate confirmation and pickup numbers.
Delivery and paperwork
Photograph the signed BOL and POD at the dock and send them to your dispatcher. We build the invoice packet and submit it to the broker or your factor the same day. Detention and layover claims get filed at the same time, not later.

What we do without asking
Plan your next load before you deliver the current one. Update brokers on your ETA. Handle check calls. Complete new broker setups. Submit paperwork. Chase unpaid detention. Watch your lanes for rate movement.
What we always ask you first
Accepting any load. Any rate below your stated floor. Any lane you've told us to avoid. Any load that affects your home time. Anything involving hazmat, oversize permits, or a facility that requires equipment you don't carry.
What we need from you
Four things, and then you drive
- Documents once. MC/DOT, W-9, COI, factoring notice of assignment.
- A rate floor. The dollars per mile below which you'd rather sit. We will not cross it.
- Your calendar. Home time, appointments, DOT physical, maintenance windows.
- Photos at the dock. Signed BOL and POD, same day. This is what gets you paid on time.
Your first week is free
Run one week with us at no charge. If the freight isn't better than what you were booking yourself, you owe nothing and we part as friends.
