Course Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy or use the Truck Dispatcher Pro Course (the "Course") at truckdispatchingusa.com. The Course is provided by Truck Dispatching USA LLC ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Cheng General Trading Fzc LLC, our payment processing partner, which is why that name appears at checkout and on your card statement. By paying for the Course you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

Lesson 1 is free to read so you can judge the Course before you pay. The full Course adds the remaining lessons, the final exam, a verifiable certificate of completion and the bonus templates. It is a one-time payment for one learner, with no subscription. We may improve, reorganise or update the Course over time.

2. All sales are final

The Course is digital content and access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because you receive access immediately, and because you can read the free lesson first, all sales are final and we do not give refunds once the Course has been unlocked, including if you change your mind, do not finish the Course, do not pass the exam, or find it is not what you expected.

We will correct a genuine mistake on our side, such as being charged twice for the same purchase, or a technical fault that stops you from accessing the Course and that we cannot fix. Contact us within 14 days. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.

3. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem, email us first and we will try to fix it. If you file a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting us, we may give your card issuer our records, including your agreement to these terms, your sign-in and progress logs and the time access was unlocked. We may close your account and revoke any certificate issued to you while a dispute is open or if it is decided against us.

4. Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course for your own learning. You may not share your account or sign-in links, copy, record, resell, republish or distribute the lessons, exam questions, templates or certificates, or use them to train a competing course or software. We may suspend or end access without a refund if you break these terms.

5. Exam and certificate

To receive a certificate you must finish all lessons and pass the final exam at the pass mark shown on the Course page. Exam attempts per day are limited. Taking the exam for someone else, using answer sharing or any other cheating is not allowed, and we may cancel the certificate if it is obtained that way. The certificate shows completion of a private online course. It is not a government licence, an FMCSA credential or an accredited qualification, and we can mark it invalid if it is misused. Anyone can check a certificate at truckdispatchingusa.com/verify.php.

6. No promise of results

The Course is educational. We do not promise that you will get a job, find clients or earn any amount of money. Examples and numbers are illustrations. The Course is not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, and laws, fees and market conditions change. Check current requirements with the FMCSA and a qualified professional before you act.

7. Liability

The Course is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business, or for decisions you make based on the Course, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

8. Price and availability

We may change the price, the content or the availability of the Course for future buyers at any time. A change never affects access you have already paid for.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be handled in the courts of New Mexico, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
