Which model
Percentage or flat — the break-even
Percentage
Best when you're ramping up, running part-time, or your weekly gross swings a lot.
- You pay nothing on a week you don't run
- Our incentive is tied to your rate per mile
- Charged on linehaul only
- Billed every Friday for the week's booked loads
Flat weekly
Best when you gross more than about $5,000 a week and want a fixed line on your cost sheet.
- Cost never rises when your revenue does
- Predictable for fuel and payment budgeting
- Unlimited loads in the week
- Pause the week you take home time — no charge
Fleet
One dispatcher assigned to your fleet, with lane planning across all your trucks instead of load by load.
- One point off the published percentage
- Coordinated planning so trucks feed each other's lanes
- Consolidated weekly reporting
- Backup dispatcher named on your account
The break-even, in plain numbers
At 6%, flat rate becomes the cheaper option once your dry van truck grosses more than $5,000 in linehaul in a week. Below that, percentage wins. We will tell you which side of that line you're on after your first three weeks, and move you to the cheaper one ourselves.
What we never charge for
The fees that make carriers hate dispatchers
- No setup or onboarding fee. Getting you started is our cost, not yours.
- No fee on your own loads. Direct shipper or repeat customer you found — not ours to bill.
- No fee on fuel surcharge. That money is for fuel.
- No fee on detention or accessorials. We file the claim, you keep all of it.
- No cancellation fee. Tell us Friday, you're free Monday.
- No minimum load count. Take home time whenever you need it.
