Hire a driver
$650 when a driver starts, or $349 a month if you are hiring continuously. Replaced free if they leave inside 60 days. And if you want it, the DQ file is built before day one instead of after the audit letter.

Why this is not a job board
A job board sells you a posting and wishes you luck. You pay whether or not anyone decent applies, and you still do all the screening. $650, and nothing until a driver you hired through us actually starts — or $349 a month on retainer if you are filling seats continuously.
The part that matters more: we already run DOT compliance for carriers, so we can hand you a driver with the qualification file already built to 49 CFR Part 391 — application, MVR, PSP, previous employer checks, medical card, road test and Clearinghouse query. Most carriers assemble that after the fact, badly, and find the gaps during a new entrant audit. A recruiter who does not do compliance cannot offer that at all.
What we do and do not do
- We speak to every driver before they go on our board. We confirm the experience and endorsements they claim and ask directly about accidents, violations and Clearinghouse status.
- We do not pull MVR, PSP or Clearinghouse reports for you. Those run under your authority with the driver's written authorisation. We will build the file with you, not instead of you.
- We will tell you if your pay is below market for that lane. You can ignore us, but you will hear it.
- We will say no if we have nobody close, rather than send you three bad fits to look busy.

Takes about two minutes. We reply the same business day with whether we have anyone close and what the fee would be.

Hiring questions
What does it cost to hire a driver through you?
$650 per placement, invoiced only when a driver you hired through us actually starts. There is no posting fee and nothing up front. If you are hiring continuously, $349 a month on retainer covers up to two open seats at any one time — fill one and the next moves into the slot. Typical US recruiting agency fees run $500 to $2,000 per placement.
What if the driver quits after two weeks?
We replace them at no charge if they leave or are terminated for cause within 60 days of starting. That is the whole point of a flat fee rather than a percentage of salary: our incentive is a driver who stays.
Do you screen the drivers?
We speak to every driver before they go on our board, confirm the experience and endorsements they claim, and ask directly about accidents, violations and Clearinghouse status. What we do not do is pull MVR, PSP or Clearinghouse reports on your behalf. Those are yours to run under your own authority and with the driver's written authorisation.
Can you build the DQ file too?
Yes, and it is the main reason carriers use us over a job board. For an additional fee we build the complete driver qualification file to 49 CFR Part 391 before the driver's first day: application, MVR, PSP, previous employer checks, medical certificate, road test and Clearinghouse query. Audit-ready from day one instead of assembled in a panic later.
How fast can you fill a seat?
It depends on your lane, pay and area. We will tell you honestly on the first call whether we have anyone close, and we would rather say no than waste your week. If the pay is below market for that lane we will say so.
Do we have to use your dispatch service too?
No. Recruiting stands on its own. Plenty of carriers use us only for drivers.
Want to see who is available first?
The board shows every driver currently looking — experience, endorsements, equipment and area. Names and numbers stay private until the driver agrees to talk to you.
