Why there are no names on this board
Most CDL drivers looking for a new seat are already working. Put their name on a public board and their current employer finds it, and now they have no job at all while they wait for yours. That is why good drivers avoid job boards.
So we do it the other way round. Carriers see the experience, the endorsements, the equipment and the state. We tell the driver who you are and what we found on your FMCSA record. Only if the driver says yes do we pass their name and number.
It means one extra step for you. It also means the drivers on this board are people who would never have applied through a job board in the first place.
What we verify before a driver appears here
- A real phone conversation. Nobody goes on this board from a form alone.
- The experience and endorsements they claim, checked against what they tell us on that call.
- Accidents, violations and Clearinghouse status, asked directly and shown on the card as the driver reported them.
- What we do not do: pull MVR, PSP or Clearinghouse reports. Those are yours to run as the hiring carrier, under your own authority and with the driver's written authorisation. We will build the qualification file with you — not instead of you.
