Training Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy or use the Freight Broker Pro, Safety and Compliance, Carrier Authority and Startup, Owner-Operator Business, Back-Office and Career Track, and Hours of Service and ELD courses, the Complete Trucking Career Bundle, the ebook "The $10K Trucking Month" and One-on-One Dispatcher Training (together the "Products") at truckdispatchingusa.com. The Products are provided by Truck Dispatching USA LLC ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Cheng General Trading Fzc LLC, our payment processing partner, which is why that name appears at checkout and on your card statement. The Truck Dispatcher Pro Course has its own Course Terms. By paying for a Product you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

Lesson 1 of every course is free to read so you can judge the teaching before you pay. A paid course adds the remaining lessons, the workbook, the final exam and a verifiable certificate of completion. A purchase is one payment for one learner, with no subscription. The bundle unlocks the courses it lists. The ebook is a PDF download from your account. We may improve, reorganise or update the Products over time, and we review the courses every month.

2. Courses, bundle and ebook: all sales are final

These Products are digital content and access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because you receive access immediately, and because you can read lesson 1 of each course first, all sales are final and we do not give refunds once a course, the bundle or the ebook has been unlocked, including if you change your mind, do not finish, do not pass the exam, or find it is not what you expected.

We will correct a genuine mistake on our side, such as being charged twice for the same Product, or a technical fault that stops you from accessing a Product and that we cannot fix. Contact us within 14 days. If you already bought a course or the Dispatcher Pro Course with the same email address, the bundle price is reduced by what you paid for it (the credit is applied automatically at checkout, and the bundle never costs less than $20). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.

3. One-on-one training

One-on-one training is a coaching service delivered by live video. After you pay we email you, normally within 2 business days, to agree your goals and the schedule. The number of sessions included is the number stated on the order page or in your confirmation email; if none is stated, it is the number we confirm to you in writing before the first session.

• Rescheduling. You can move a session if you tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. A session you miss without that notice may be treated as used. If we have to move a session we will offer you another time.
• Time limit. Sessions should be used within 90 days of the date we confirm the schedule, unless we agree a different period in writing.
• Refunds. If you ask in writing within 7 days of paying and no session has taken place, we refund the payment in full. After the first session has taken place we do not refund sessions that were delivered or that you missed or did not use. If we are unable to deliver the sessions you paid for, we refund the unused part.
• Recordings. Neither you nor we may record a session without the other’s agreement.
• Conduct. We may end the sessions without a refund of unused time if you are abusive or use them for anything unlawful.
• No promise of results. We coach and teach. We do not promise a job, clients or income, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem, email us first and we will try to fix it. If you file a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting us, we may give your card issuer our records, including your agreement to these terms, your sign-in and progress logs and the time access was unlocked or the session was held. We may close your account and revoke any certificate issued to you while a dispute is open or if it is decided against us.

5. Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Products for your own learning or business. You may not share your account or sign-in links, copy, record, resell, republish or distribute the lessons, workbooks, exam questions, ebook or certificates, or use them to train a competing course or software. We may suspend or end access without a refund if you break these terms.

6. Exams and certificates

To receive a certificate you must finish all lessons and pass the final exam at the pass mark shown on the course page. Exam attempts per day are limited. Taking the exam for someone else, using answer sharing or any other cheating is not allowed, and we may cancel the certificate if it is obtained that way. A certificate shows completion of a private online course. It is not a government licence, an FMCSA credential or an accredited qualification, and we can mark it invalid if it is misused. 7. No promise of results

The Products are educational. We do not promise that you will get a job, find clients or earn any amount of money. Examples and numbers, including those in the ebook, are illustrations. The Products are not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, and laws, fees and market conditions change. Check current requirements with the FMCSA, the IRS and a qualified professional before you act.

8. Liability

The Products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business, or for decisions you make based on the Products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned.

9. Price and availability

Launch and promotional prices apply until the date shown on the page and then the regular price applies. We may change the price, the content or the availability of a Product for future buyers at any time. A change never affects access you have already paid for.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be handled in the courts of New Mexico, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
