Driver application

One form. We match you to carriers we have already checked against FMCSA records — and your name never appears anywhere until you say yes to a specific carrier.

Carriers pay us. Drivers never do.

Before you start — how your details are handled

Carriers browsing our board see your experience, endorsements, equipment and general area under a reference number like TD-1042. They do not see your name, phone or email. We release those to one carrier only, and only after you have said yes to that carrier.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or licence number, and we do not pull MVR, PSP or Clearinghouse reports. The carrier that hires you does that in their own onboarding, with your written authorisation. We just make the introduction.

Step 1

How to reach you

Private. Never shown on the board.

Step 2

Your licence and experience

Step 3

What you are looking for

Step 4

Your record

Answer straight. Carriers hire drivers with things on their record all the time — what loses the job is a surprise at the MVR stage, not the record itself.

What happens next

After you hit submit

1. We call you

Within one business day. We confirm what you have put down and ask a few things the form does not cover. Nothing goes on the board until we have spoken.

2. You go on the board anonymously

A reference number, your experience, endorsements, equipment and general area. No name. No number. Your current employer cannot find you.

3. We bring you a carrier

When one wants you, we tell you who they are and what we found on their FMCSA record — authority, insurance, safety history. You decide.

4. You say yes or no

Only if you say yes do we pass your name and number. Say no and nothing happens; you stay on the board for the next one.

5. They run their own checks

MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse and drug screen are done by the carrier hiring you, with your written authorisation. We do not pull them.

6. It costs you nothing

Ever. The carrier pays us a placement fee. If anyone in this industry asks a driver for money to find work, walk away.

Answers

Driver questions

Does it cost a driver anything?

No. Drivers never pay us anything, ever. Carriers pay a placement fee when they hire. If anyone in trucking asks a driver for money to find them a job, walk away.

Will my current employer find out I am looking?

No. Your name, phone and email are never shown publicly. Carriers browsing our board see only your experience, endorsements, equipment and general area under a reference number. Your details are released to one specific carrier only after you say yes to that carrier.

Do you run a background check or pull my MVR?

No. We do not pull MVRs, PSP reports or Clearinghouse queries. The hiring carrier does that as part of their own onboarding, with your written authorization. We only make the introduction.

Do you check the carriers?

Yes. Every carrier is checked against FMCSA records before we introduce anyone — operating authority active, insurance on file, safety record visible. We will tell you what we found and you decide.

How long does it take?

We review applications within one business day. How fast a match comes depends on your area, endorsements and what carriers are hiring that week. We will be straight with you about it.

What if I have accidents or violations on my record?

Tell us honestly on the form. Plenty of carriers hire drivers with something on their record — they just need to know upfront. What kills a hire is a surprise at the MVR stage, not the record itself.

Hiring drivers instead?

If you run a fleet and need drivers, the form on the other side of this is here.
