Setup Package Terms

These terms apply when you buy the Zero to Dispatcher Kit, Get Loaded Fast or Done-For-You Dispatch Business package (each a "Package") from Truck Dispatching USA LLC ("we", "us"). The Package list and prices are on the setup page. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to these terms. The Training Terms also apply to the courses inside the Package.

1. What you get

Each Package includes the items listed for it on the setup page on the day you buy. We may improve or replace an included template, tool or guide with an equal or better one. Course access is attached to the email address you pay with.

2. What you pay separately

The Package price does not include: the US state LLC filing fee and any annual state fee, a registered agent fee if you choose one, load board subscriptions, insurance, a US phone number plan, taxes, or any other third-party charge. These are paid by you, directly to the provider or the state. On the Done-For-You Package we file the LLC and apply for the EIN for you; the state fee is still paid by you.

3. Delivery and timing

After payment you complete a short setup form. We contact you within 2 business days. Courses and tools unlock on payment confirmation. Timing for third-party steps is outside our control: a state may approve an LLC in a day or in several weeks, and the IRS issues an EIN on its own schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by a state agency, the IRS, a bank, a domain registrar or an email provider.

4. All sales are final: no refunds

Work and access start as soon as your payment is confirmed, and a Package includes digital content and services that cannot be returned. For that reason all Package sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including if you change your mind, do not use the Package, or do not sign carriers. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law that cannot be waived.

5. No promise of clients or income

A Package gives you a business setup and training. We do not promise, and nobody can honestly promise, carriers, clients, loads, a job or any level of income. Any maths or examples on our pages are arithmetic illustrations, not forecasts. Your results depend on your work, your market and the carriers you sign.

6. Not legal, tax or immigration advice

Our guides, calls and sessions are general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice. Confirm your own structure, licences and obligations with a qualified professional. Freight brokering requires separate FMCSA authority and is not part of any Package.

7. Your information

Give us accurate details. Do not send us your SSN, ITIN, passport or other ID numbers through the website form or by email. If a government form needs them, we will explain a secure way to complete it. We use your details only to deliver the Package. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Use of materials

Templates, scripts, tools and course content are licensed to you for your own business. You may not resell, share or republish them as your own product.

9. Payment

Payment is one charge in US dollars by card through Stripe. Your statement shows Cheng General Trading Fzc LLC, our payment processing company.
